A robust BBQ rub, earthy in flavour & ideal for beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Made with Colombian coffee and Mexican Ancho chilli. The freshly ground coffee complements the complex array of spices and Mexican Ancho chilli which is one of the mildest chillies in the world, but so full of flavour.

The aroma of smoke and coffee comes through straight away and creates delicious results when cooked on red meats whether they be roasted or barbecued.

Ingredients: Ground coffee (20%), salt, sugar, ancho chilli (12%), paprika, MUSTARD, garlic, lemon pepper (cracked black pepper, lemon, turmeric), cayenne, onion, Mexican oregano.
