Sending & Tracking Your Parcel
We send all orders via NZ Post Track n Trace economy service. We will email you when your item has been uplifted. This will have tracking details which you can use to follow your delivery’s progress.
Please note we do double check every freight charge prior to dispatch & if there happens to be an overcharge your credit card will be refunded.

Auckland 1-2 days | North Island 1-2 days | South Island 3-5 days.
If your purchase is for a gift or particular occasion please advise us so your order is given priority dispatch to avoid disappointment.
Rural Deliveries
Deliveries to rural address usually take an extra couple of days to arrive so please allow for this. Parcels delivered to rural addresses will be carried by two separate courier companies. NZ Post picks your parcel up then delivers the parcel to a rural courier agent, who then delivers it to its destination. The NZ Post tracking information will show the item as delivered, yet it may not have reached your address yet. Once the parcel has been transferred to the rural courier agent, tracking information is no longer available. It is likely to take another 2-3 days before it is delivered. If your delivery is to a rural address, please allow 3 working days from the date the tracking information shows.
